October 20, 2021 — Originally formed as Alset Capital Acquisition Corp. January 9, 2024 — Completed the business combination with HWH International Inc. November 14, 2025 — Reincorporated from Delaware to Nevada. 2026 — Evolved into EnerSyn Global with a broader energy, technology and investment direction.
Continuity with HWH
The HWH operating businesses remain part of the group through the HWH – Health, Wealth & Happiness division, while EnerSyn Global advances its expanded corporate strategy.
